Responsibilities
Exquisite Client Experience & Sales Performance
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets (KPIs) by deeply understanding and fulfilling client needs.
Master the Art of Storytelling: Engage clients by sharing the rich history, craftsmanship, and unique value proposition of our products.
Boutique Operations & Visual Presentation
Visual Merchandising: Ensure the timely, attractive, and strategic display of all new collections and products to maximize sales appeal.
Stock Integrity: Maintain a highly organized stock room, diligently recording and managing all stock transfers to ensure accurate inventory and minimize loss.
Reporting: Assist the management team with daily and weekly sales reporting where required.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience: Previous experience (even short-term or internship) in luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or a premium client-facing environment is highly advantageous.
