Job Responsibilities
We are seeking passionate and customer-focused individuals to join a newly established luxury resale business in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the founding team and work closely with an experienced Japanese management team in a growing international environment.
Whether you have experience in luxury resale, luxury retail, fashion, watches, jewellery , hospitality, or customer service, we welcome your application.
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the store.
- Respond to customer enquiries through online and offline channels.
- Support marketing and promotional activities.
- Coordinate repair arrangements for purchased luxury products when required.
- Manage and update inventory records in the company's system.
- Assist with daily store operations and administrative duties.
- Support the growth and development of the new retail business.
Job Requirements
- Customer-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Outgoing , proactive, and adaptable personality.
- Detail-oriented and able to perform meticulous work.
- Comfortable working in a retail environment.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Experience in luxury retail, luxury resale, watches, jewellery , fashion retail, hospitality, or customer service is advantageous.
