Job Description

We are collaborating with a world-renowned luxury jewelry brand in their search for experienced and passionate Sales Associates. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals dedicated to delivering a premium, personalized shopping experience and achieving commercial success.

The Luxury Jewelry Sales Associate is the primary ambassador of our brand, responsible for cultivating lasting client relationships and driving sales within the boutique environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Warmly welcome and assist customers, ensuring a personalized and premium shopping experience.
  • Brand Advocacy: Guide clients through our brand's history, artistry, and heritage, showcasing iconic jewelry collections with confidence and elegance.
  • Relationship Management: Build meaningful emotional connections by understanding customer needs, offering thoughtful styling advice, and fostering client loyalty.
  • Sales Performance: Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals.
  • Retail Operations: Accurately handle all transactions (cash, credit, digital payments) using POS systems, and manage returns, exchanges, and inquiries professionally.
  • Visual Standards: Maintain visually stunning product displays and ensure the boutique environment upholds the brand's luxurious aesthetic, safety, and cleanliness standards.

Working Hours and Schedule

This role requires a full-time commitment with a 5 or 6-day work week, with 8 to 9 days off per month.

The store utilizes two rotational shifts:

  • AM shift: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
  • PM shift: 1:30 PM - 11:00 PM (a transport allowance will be provided for all PM shifts.)

Candidate Requirements

  • Prior experience in luxury retail, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred (general retail experience is an advantage).
  • Passionate about luxury and craftsmanship, highly motivated, target-driven, and possesses a refined sense of style.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills are essential for building trust and closing sales.
