What You'll Be Doing Onboard
Your primary mission is to ensure every journey is seamless, safe, and beautifully presented. Working closely with the pilots, you'll manage the cabin from start to finish—handling everything from pre-flight preparation to post-flight documentation. Whether it's plating a silver-service meal, troubleshooting an unexpected issue, or simply anticipating a guest's need before they voice it, you'll be the calm, capable, and gracious presence that defines the Luxaviation experience.
A Closer Look at Your Responsibilities
You'll take ownership of the cabin environment, making sure safety and service go hand in hand.
This includes:
- Supporting the flight crew in the safe and efficient operation of every flight.
- Keeping the passenger cabin, galley, and bathrooms immaculately clean and beautifully presented at all times.
- Executing all safety and emergency procedures with precision, while keeping the flight deck informed of anything unusual.
- Completing all pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties on time and to a high standard.
- Delivering silver-service catering that aligns with both company policies and individual passenger preferences.
- Maintaining all onboard equipment, stock, and passenger amenities.
- Ensuring your personal documentation—passports, visas, licenses, medicals, crew ID, and vaccinations—remains current and valid.
- Handling any additional tasks assigned by the Pilot in Command or requested by passengers with a flexible, can-do attitude.
Please note that working hours follow Flight and Duty guidelines, and you should expect to be away from home for extended periods as part of this role.
What We're Looking For
We need someone who combines serious experience with a genuine passion for service.
To be considered, you should have:
- Between five and seven years of demonstrated experience as a Flight Attendant, specifically in commercial First Class or Business Class. Previous corporate aviation experience is a strong advantage.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and excellent time management—you know how to prioritize without being asked.
- An exceptional eye for detail and a deep commitment to service excellence.
- A solid understanding of VIP etiquette and protocol. You know how to be present without being intrusive.
- Impeccable grooming and professional presentation that aligns seamlessly with Luxaviation's standards.
- Strong collaboration skills—you're a genuine team player but equally capable of working independently when needed.
- Real adaptability. You're willing to work flexible, sometimes long hours, including extended periods away from home.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the composure to work well under pressure.
- A proactive, safety-first mindset in everything you do.
- Practical IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
