What you will be working on
As a strategic thought partner to senior management, you will lead the development of forward-looking management reports and planning frameworks that go beyond tracking performance to anticipating trends, surfacing emerging risks, and informing strategic priorities. You will synthesise inputs from across the organisation into coherent narratives that support timely and well-grounded decision-making.
On resource management, you will take ownership of budget planning and forecasting at the Group, Division, and programme levels - not just monitoring spend, but proactively identifying opportunities to optimise resource allocation in line with evolving priorities.
You will also play a central role in strengthening the organisation's data governance posture, overseeing the management of data incidents and requests while identifying systemic improvements that reduce risk and build institutional resilience over time.
Beyond your core portfolio, you will coordinate cross-divisional planning and governance processes, ensuring that workplans and submissions are coherent, consistent, and connected to broader organisational goals. You will be expected to challenge existing processes constructively and champion improvements that enhance the division's planning and reporting capabilities for the long term.
What we are looking for
Degree in any discipline with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in strategic planning, management reporting, budgeting, or related functions.
Strong ability to think ahead - connecting dots across datasets and stakeholder inputs, and translating complexity into clear, strategic insights.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and able to navigate a fast-paced environment without losing sight of longer-term objectives.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint experience with data visualisation or planning tools would be an advantage.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority, building trust across divisions and driving alignment on shared goals.
Self-driven, intellectually curious, and motivated by the opportunity to make the organisation work smarter.
