We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join in leading our Tactical Enforcement Operations team in ensuring safety and compliance on Singapore's roads and paths.

• Lead and manage a team of enforcement officers in planning and executing targeted operations against violations under the Active Mobility Act and Road Traffic Act

• Develop comprehensive enforcement strategies to address non-compliant behaviour by vehicle and active mobility device users

• Foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders and other law enforcement agencies to ensure coordinated and effective operations

• Spearhead projects to enhance operational capabilities, including the adoption of new technologies and methodologies

• Analyse enforcement data and trends to optimise resource deployment and operational effectiveness

• Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing enforcement unit

What we are looking for

What are we looking for:

• Knowledge in relevant field (e.g., Law Enforcement, Public Safety, Business Administration)

• Preferably at least 3 years of relevant experience in law enforcement, operations management, or similar field

• Strong leadership abilities with proven track record of team management

• Excellent strategic planning and project management skills

• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships across various stakeholder groups

• Good understanding of relevant laws and regulations in Singapore

• Experience in data analysis and operational planning

• Positive attitude and able to thrive in a fast-paced working environment where occasional irregular hours is expected

• Good communication (verbal and written) skills
