What the role is

What you will be working on

You will be part of the team under the Technology Management Division in LTA. The Technology Management Division supports LTA's management in developing the plans, processes and governance to oversee the management of technology projects and systems for the land transport domain.

As part of the Technology Management team, you will support the CTO Office in establishing and implementing technology management policies, administer one of LTA's technology project funding schemes, and oversee the technology system register to support effective system lifecycle management. You will also coordinate the Community of Practice for Technology and System Management, including the planning, scheduling and conduct of workshops, townhalls and other engagement sessions with relevant stakeholders in LTA. Candidates with prior technology management/integration and system architecting experience will be viewed favourably.

What we are looking for

. Knowledge preferably in engineering, development of technology roadmap and technology investment plans.

. Strong writing, analytical, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills

. Relevant working experience in technical project management, and experience in system architecting and system design will be an advantage

. Ability to analyse and interpret technical data into reports/presentation and respond to any queries about the results will be an advantage

. Resourceful with a strong command of English as well as good writing and presentation skills is strongly preferred

. Team player and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

. Have a passion in identifying innovative technological solutions to overcome urban land transport system challenges

. Experience in developing research and development roadmaps will be an advantage
