What you will be working on
InfraCo SG oversees the full spectrum of facility management and operations of the RTS Link Woodlands North Station, a dedicated cross-border rail station connecting Singapore and Malaysia. The division is responsible for ensuring the station functions safely, reliably, and to the standards expected of Singapore's public transport network. Beyond operational excellence, the division is committed to cultivating a station experience and identity that reflects the significance of Woodlands North as a gateway between the two countries.
You will be part of the team responsible for ensuring the station's compliance with statutory, contractual, and project requirements, and overseeing the performance of relevant contractors to ensure that all obligations are met on time and to the required standard.
You will play a key role in:
Leading the monitoring, reviewing, and evaluating of contract performance and deliverables against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contract conditions, ensuring full compliance at all times.
Overseeing the monthly performance evaluation and working closely with internal and external stakeholders for the review and endorsement of performance.
Reviewing, assessing, and evaluating progress and performance reports submitted by relevant contractors as part of their contractual obligations.
Coordinating bilateral meetings, inter-agency meetings, and engagements with external stakeholders, including providing secretariat support as required.
Working with relevant contractors and stakeholders to manage all contract and service standard requirements.
Providing regular updates and briefings to senior management.
What we are looking for
Knowledge in contract management, project management, and/or regulatory operations, with at least 6 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with the government or public sector context would be advantageous.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills, with the ability to assess complex issues and recommend actionable solutions, including identifying opportunities for digitalisation and process improvements.
Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail and confidence in engaging stakeholders across all organisational levels, including government regulatory agencies.
Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively, work under pressure, and maintain strategic focus in dynamic operational and policy environments.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple concurrent deadlines.
