[What the role is]

[What you will be working on]

Your primary responsibility is to support the operations of the ERP system, this includes processing violation images of local and foreign registered vehicles using specialised imaging tools to decipher the vehicle number and send the record for enforcement processing. You will use system application to retrieve and verify the integrity and accuracy of the reports. You will also update change of information into the system or reports and verify the quality of print-out, account for the quantity of documentation to send for postal delivery.

You will handle enquires from general public and assist them on ERP enforcement related enquiries including refund request. The refund request involves verifying eligibility based on ERP policies, ensuring proper documentation and coordination with relevant division for the processing of refund.

You are required to keep up to date on ERP policies and procedures to provide accurate response to queries from internal and external stakeholders such as government agencies regarding ERP enforcement-related issues.

Essential to this position is working collaboratively to ensure team key performance indicators are achieved and undertaking additional tasks as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

• Tertiary qualification in any discipline
• At least 3 years of working experience
• Possess effective communication & good customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Meticulous with ability to translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand terminology
• Strong passion for continuous learning and improvement
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and a team player
