What you will be working on
We are looking for a motivated HR Trainee to support LTA's recruitment transformation efforts, with a focus on technology, digitalisation, and process improvement. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR systems (e.g., Workday), vendor engagement, and the application of emerging technologies (including AI tools) to enhance recruitment outcomes and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and evaluate emerging HR technologies and AI tools relevant to recruitment processes
- Analyse trade-offs (e.g., cost, scalability, user experience, data considerations) and propose recommendations for adoption
- Work with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and map recruitment workflows
- Partner with external stakeholders (e.g., PSD, vendors) to understand product capabilities, articulate organisational needs, and gather technical specifications
- Support Workday integration and automation initiatives (e.g., reference checks, onboarding processes)
- Contribute to project documentation, presentations, and tracking of implementation progress
What we are looking for
- Recently completed a Degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related fields
- Strong interest in HR technology, digitalisation, and process improvement
- Analytical and structured thinker, with the ability to evaluate options and propose solutions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and vendors
- Proactive, resourceful, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
