Key Responsibilities
Operations Support
- Monitor system performance, capacity, and error logs fine-tune configurations as needed.
- Troubleshoot incidents, apply hotfixes/patches, and coordinate with vendors/product teams for permanent resolutions.
- Create and maintain knowledge base documentation and operational runbooks.
- Implement proactive monitoring and alerting to prevent recurrence of issues.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for optimization, automation, and performance improvements.
- Provide support for hardware and infrastructure issues escalated from the customer team.
- Proactively identify and resolve performance issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying data center infrastructure, working on Hyper-V, Windows Servers, REHL, CyberArk PAM and Veeam Data Backup products.
- Experience with Hyper-V cluster setup, vNIC, and vSwitch configuration.
- Experience with performing CIS hardening on Windows 2022 Data Center & REHL, GPO deployment.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS).
- Familiarity with ITIL change and incident management processes.
- Good knowledge of networking (IP addressing, routing, VLANs).
- Knowledge of BMC Control-M is preferred
- Knowledge of implementing firewall rules, support network switches is preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate
- ITIL Foundation v3/v4
