Key Responsibilities and Activities:
. Assist in designing and developing web and mobile applications using the OutSystems platform to support various business processes and service delivery requirements
. Work closely with product teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and scalable solutions
. Design, develop and deploy user interfaces, workflows and integrations for business operations and service delivery purposes
. Support the building of application integrations that connect multiple platforms and external systems
. Help maintain application architecture and infrastructure to support operational, reporting, and analytical workloads across the ecosystem
. Implement application testing, validation, and optimisation processes to ensure application quality and performance
. Monitor applications and systems to identify potential issues and performance bottlenecks
. Support the maintenance of OutSystems applications
. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues
. Create and maintain documentation of application development processes and system configurations
Job Requirements
Qualification & Experience
. Relevant education qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical fields
. 3-5 years of experience in OutSystems solution delivery
. Experience delivering applications in public sector projects preferred
. OutSystems related certifications preferred
. Understanding of application architecture and design patterns within OutSystems
. Proficiency in OutSystems development including web services integration and API development concepts and processes
. Knowledge of database systems, both relational and non-relational, and their query languages
. Familiarity with AWS cloud services such as S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB
. Understanding application security, access controls, and logging
. Exposure to version control systems such as Git and CI/CD practices
