Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement applications using low-code/no-code platforms such as Power Automate, Power Apps, or equivalent tools;
• Evaluate existing processes to identify opportunities for automation and enhancement;
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications;
• Build automated workflows, forms, and system integrations to optimise business processes and improve operational efficiency;
• Perform comprehensive testing to ensure applications meet both functional and non-functional requirements;
• Maintain detailed documentation for developed applications, including but not limited to:
o Solution Design Document
o Configuration & Environment Details
o Security & Compliance Documentation
o Deployment Guide
o Maintenance & Support Guide
o User Guide
o Training Material
o Testing & Validation Report
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business needs;
• Ensure adherence to ICT security and data governance policies;
• Monitor and support deployed solutions, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements as needed.
Experience and Skills Required
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Minimum of 2 years experience in application development, with a strong emphasis on low-code/no-code platforms;
• Experience configuring and administering low-code platforms, including workflows, rules engines, process logic, data validation, and UI components;
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail;
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Desirable Skills
• Relevant certifications in low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform);
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps);
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines;
• Proficiency in Git and experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, TDD, Pair Programming, and Continuous Integration;
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), databases (SQL, NoSQL), and API integrations with enterprise systems.
