Low Code Engineer (ETL / Ivalua)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Low Code Engineer to support the implementation, configuration, and integration of procurement solutions within a Source-to-Pay (S2P) platform, primarily leveraging Ivalua. The successful candidate will play a key role in translating business requirements into system configurations and technical solutions while ensuring reliable data flows and integrations through ETL processes.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, supporting Agile project delivery, and ensuring procurement systems operate efficiently within enterprise and government technology environments.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Delivery & Configuration

• Configure and implement procurement solutions within the Ivalua platform using low-code capabilities.

• Support the implementation of Source-to-Pay processes, including sourcing, contract management, supplier onboarding, procurement, and invoicing.

• Translate business requirements into functional or technical system configurations.

Data Integration & ETL

• Design and maintain ETL/EAI integrations between Ivalua and enterprise systems.

• Manage database queries and data transformations using SQL.

• Ensure reliable data pipelines and system interoperability with internal and external platforms.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business users and project stakeholders to gather requirements and refine solutions.

• Provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue resolution, and go-live activities.

• Conduct system walkthroughs, demonstrations, and user training where required.

System Support & Optimisation

• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimise system performance.

• Ensure system configurations align with organisational and government security and compliance standards.

• Support continuous improvements and system enhancements post-implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Source-to-Pay or procurement solution delivery.

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Ivalua configuration.

• Experience working with Agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ivalua Level 3 (L3) Certifications, such as:

  • Ivalua Certified Functional Specialist

  • Ivalua Certified Technical Specialist

• Experience delivering solutions in Singapore Government / public sector environments.

• Familiarity with Government Commercial Cloud (GCC), SHIP-HATS, and SG Tech Stack (SGTS).

• Knowledge of data protection regulations and privacy considerations within public sector environments.

Functional Track (Low Code Engineer - Functional)

Candidates focusing on functional delivery should demonstrate:

• Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills.

• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and functional specifications.

• Experience conducting user training and stakeholder engagement sessions.

• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery models.

Technical Track (Low Code Engineer - Technical)

Candidates focusing on technical delivery should demonstrate:

• Proficiency in SQL, workflow design, and database management.

• Experience with ETL/EAI integrations.

• Experience integrating Ivalua with enterprise platforms and external solutions (e.g., e-signature platforms).

• Strong technical troubleshooting and performance tuning capabilities.
