Low-Code Engineer (Power Platform & SharePoint Online)

We are seeking an experienced Low-Code Engineer specialising in Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online technologies to join our Tech Team. In this role, you will be responsible for working on projects issued by our tech clients and ensuring the design, scalability, security, and quality of deliverables across enterprise and public sector environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and customisation of Power Platform solutions (Power Pages, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
- Design and implement Power Pages portals (authentication, site structure, forms, Dataverse integration, role-based permissions, styling).
- Develop Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) to automate and streamline business workflows.
- Build and optimise Power BI datasets, dashboards, and reports with proper role-based security.
- Configure and customise SharePoint Online (modern sites, lists, libraries, content types, permissions, and integrations).
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure services, and external APIs.
- Apply governance best practices (DLP policies, environment strategy, ALM, performance tuning).
- Ensure security, compliance, and scalability of deployed solutions.
- Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshooting complex platform and integration issues.
- Produce technical documentation, deployment guides, and support runbooks.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- Minimum 35 years hands-on development experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Pages, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
- Strong experience with SharePoint Online configuration and modern site architecture.
- Proficiency in Dataverse data modelling (tables, relationships, security roles).
- Experience implementing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) within Power Platform (Solutions, environment strategy, Git/deployment pipelines).
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security and identity management (Azure AD / Entra ID, roles, RLS).
- Hands-on experience integrating with REST APIs and external data sources.
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for Power Pages customization.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and stakeholder communication skills.
