Low Code Developer

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Low-Code Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable low-code applications that streamline business processes and enhance user experience. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise with low-code platforms, excellent problemsolving skills, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development:
  Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end applications using low-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Mendix, OutSystems, Appian).
• Process Automation:
  Build workflows, automated processes, and integrations with internal and external systems.
• Solution Design:
  Translate business requirements into functional, user-friendly application designs.
• Integration & APIs:
  Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and third-party systems as needed.
• Testing & Quality Assurance:
  Conduct functional testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure applications meet performance and security standards.
• Documentation:
  Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and support materials.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  Work closely with business users, product owners, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Maintenance & Support:
  Monitor production applications and provide ongoing enhancements and troubleshooting.
• Best Practices & Governance:
  Ensure adherence to development standards, security policies, and governance frameworks.

Requirements

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions using low-code/no-code platforms.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in at least one major low-code platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Mendix, OutSystems, Appian, etc.).
Strong understanding of data modelling, workflows, and UI/UX design.
Experience working with APIs, REST services, and system integrations.
Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
Basic scripting skills (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) are an advantage.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Nice-to-Have:
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
Relevant lowcode certifications (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate).
