The Programmers shall be required to:
Building and maintaining applications using low-code/no-code platforms, such as Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Design, develop, implement, and maintain business process flows, approval workflows, data connectors, and recommend improvements.
Customizing workflows, dashboards, forms, views, and reports using low-code/no-code (LCNC) development tools that also includes Open Government Products (OGP) suite of LCNC tools, such as FormSG, Plumber (for automating workflows), Postman.
Leveraging RPA tools such as Power Automate to create business process flows, automate workflows, and integrate with SharePoint Lists, Dataverse, Teams, and other data repositories.
Collaborating with product owners, users, and stakeholders to understand business requirements, recommend solutions, and implement optimized solutions.
Conducting end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, and providing end user application support. Design and create database models.
Maintaining documentation for functional specifications, solution designs, and code according to best practices. Provide user training and post-deployment support. Regular check in with other team members on sharing of Power Platform development and best practices. Taking on additional responsibilities as assigned.
