• Using observational skills to watch for shoplifters
• Monitoring alarm systems
• Managing safety and loss prevention control meetings
• Conducting safety and loss prevention audits
• Recognizing unsafe working environments
• Products - damage and loss prevention
• Understanding safety processes and procedures
• Provide strong customer service
• Ability to respond well to emergency situations
• Train other employees in loss prevention methods
• Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management
• Control management over operations effectiveness, financial reliability and

Qualifications

• Possesses valid PLRD license
• Min 2 years of experience in coordinating safety and loss prevention activities
• Able to communicate clearly in English & Mandarin
• Required to be computer literate (Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
