Job Summary
Support timely delivery operations by assisting with vehicle and equipment maintenance, inventory management, and warehouse procedures while maintaining cleanliness and customer communication.
Responsibilities
- Deliver items promptly to meet scheduled timelines
- Communicate schedule changes clearly to customers and operations teams
- Inspect and maintain vehicles, trolleys, and equipment to ensure they are in safe working condition
- Assist in daily inventory and cash tallying to maintain accurate records
- Follow warehouse procedures for safe and efficient loading and unloading of goods
- Clean and maintain hygiene standards of the premises
- Greet and assist both long-term and short-term visitors or customers
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a valid Class 3 or Class 4 driving license
- Demonstrate experience driving lorries or assisting drivers
- Maintain physical fitness to perform job duties safely and effectively
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays (Thursday to Saturday)
- Availability to work the night shift from 8am to 5pm
