Lorry Delivery Driver

We are seeking a responsible, committed, and disciplined Lorry Delivery Driver to join our operations team.

Key Responsibilities

. Operate Class 3 refrigerated trucks for daily delivery operations

. Ensure safe driving practices and maintain a clean driving record

. Execute deliveries efficiently, accurately, and on schedule

. Perform loading and unloading of goods when required

. Work independently with minimal supervision

. Communicate effectively and read simple English

. Maintain a positive attitude and professional work ethic

Cargo & Delivery Accuracy Control

. Ensure all goods loaded from the store match the delivery invoice, including:

. Product specifications

. Quantity and item description

. Expiry dates (where applicable)

. Correct customer and delivery location/department

. Highlight and report any discrepancies before departure

Daily Responsibilities

. Conduct vehicle inspection before and after each trip

. Ensure proper temperature control of the refrigerated truck at all times

. Verify all delivery orders and documents prior to dispatch

. Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules strictly

. Collect and return signed delivery documents (DOs)

. Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle and delivery equipment

. Report any incidents, delays, or operational issues promptly

. Adhere strictly to company SOPs and safety regulations

Training

. On-the-job training will be provided

. Expected to operate independently within 1 week of onboarding

Employment Terms & Benefits

. 3-month probation period

. 13th Month Bonus (AWS)

. Annual Leave: 7 days starting entitlement

. +1 day per year (capped at 14 days)

. Performance Bonus (variable)

. Accident-Free Incentive: SGD 400 per annum

. On-Time, No-Complaint Delivery Incentive: SGD 200 per quarter
