We are hiring four interns to help scale XANDRO from 7-figure to 8 figure health and wellness brand, building the next phase of longevity consumer market.
XANDRO LAB is a Singapore-based longevity supplement brand built on clinical science. We are scaling fast across ecommerce channels, short-form video, and direct-to-consumer platforms. You will work directly with the founders on projects that move the business.
This is a cohort of four interns across four distinct functions. Based on performance and available roles, this internship can convert to a full-time position.
THE FOUR TRACKS
Track 01 — Content & Social
- Short-form video scripting and production (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
- Organic social calendar and execution
- Creator and partnership coordination
- SEO-led YouTube content strategy
- Copywriting for product pages, emails, and ads
Track 02 — Ecommerce & Growth
- Shopify store merchandising and CRO
- Marketplace ops (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada)
- Promotions planning and execution
- Affiliate and partnership program support
- Campaign setup and post-campaign reporting
Track 03 — Data & Analytics
- Sales and revenue reporting across platforms
- Customer cohort and retention analysis
- Profitability modeling by channel and SKU
- Dashboard and pipeline maintenance
- Synthesizing data into actionable business briefs
Track 04 — Supply Chain & Operations
- Inventory planning and stock level monitoring across channels
- Coordination with 3PL, freight, and fulfillment partners
- Purchase order tracking and supplier follow-ups
- Inbound and outbound logistics documentation
- Process improvement for ops workflows and SOPs
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Across all tracks:
- Curious and hungry, regardless of background or degree
- Writes and communicates clearly
- Comfortable with data and not afraid of spreadsheets
- Has a genuine interest in health, fitness, or longevity
- Takes initiative rather than waiting for instructions
Track-specific signals:
- Content: you make videos, run a page, or write consistently somewhere
- Ecommerce: you understand how a marketplace or DTC funnel works
- Data: comfortable with SQL, Python, or Excel beyond basic formulas
- Supply Chain: you have studied or worked in logistics, procurement, or operations
