LOGSTICS OPERATION EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily logistics and transportation activities.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, drivers, and freight forwarders regarding shipment arrangements.
• Track shipments and provide status updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and process shipping documents, delivery orders, invoices, and related paperwork.
• Monitor inventory movement and maintain accurate logistics records.
• Resolve delivery delays, shipment discrepancies, and operational issues.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth cargo handling.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and transportation regulations.
• Monitor logistics costs and support cost-saving initiatives.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Support continuous improvement of logistics processes and service quality.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
