8:30am - 5:30pm (Mon-Fri)
8:30am - 12:30pm (Sat)
Salary : Up to $ 6500(Basic) + AWS
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Lead and develop warehouse teams to ensure strong performance, productivity, and safety
- Manage and optimise warehouse processes, layout, resources, and equipment to improve efficiency
- Develop and implement e-commerce fulfilment workflows, including inventory handling, order processing, and returns
- Ensure operational accuracy, speed, and compliance with company SOPs, safety rules, and industry standards
- Track and report key warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy, fulfilment speed, and inventory movement
- Serve as the main contact for key clients, managing service performance and supporting client needs
- Manage warehouse budgets, control costs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 5 years of warehouse or logistics management experience, including 3 years in e-commerce fulfilment
- Familiar with WMS and TMS/ERP
- Knowledge of ISO, safety standards (WSH), or other compliance requirements is an advantage
