Warehouse Operations
- Receive, inspect and store incoming goods accurately.
- Pick, pack and prepare orders for delivery.
- Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO) and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse and storage areas.
Logistics & Delivery Support
- Coordinate and prepare goods according to daily delivery schedules.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Support delivery operations when required.
Inventory Management
- Conduct stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods.
- Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages promptly.
Safety & Compliance
- Adhere to workplace safety procedures and company policies.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of goods and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organised and hazard-free work environment.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the Kitchen, Operations and Procurement teams to ensure timely fulfilment of operational requirements.
- Provide support during peak operational periods.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and stock control.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence is preferred.
- Forklift licence will be an added advantage.
- Physically fit and comfortable handling goods.
- Responsible, reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities when required.
