Working Hours
Day Shift: 9:00am - 6:00pm
Night Shift: 12:00am - 9:00am

Responsibilities
- Plan and optimise daily delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient fulfilment.
- Coordinate daily deployment of delivery vehicles and drivers based on operational requirements.
- Supervise on-site loading operations to ensure proper handling, accuracy, and safety compliance.
- Identify and resolve loading or delivery-related exceptions in a timely manner.
- Track delivery vehicles during transit and proactively address any in-transit issues to minimise delays.
- Liaise with warehouse, operations, and customer-facing teams to ensure smooth delivery execution.
- Perform other operational tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in transport coordination, fleet management, or logistics operations is preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency for daily operational tracking and coordination.
- Strong coordination and execution skills
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to operational changes - Responsible and hands-on attitude
