Logistics Supervisor / Team Lead

As a Supervisor or Team lead at Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operations of our logistics and distribution centre. This is contract to perm position is based in Singapore and will involve a range of duties to support the smooth running of our warehouse facilities.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervise and coordinate the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods

2. Monitor and optimise logistics processes to improve efficiency and productivity

3. Allocate tasks and resources effectively to meet deadlines and targets

4. Provide training and mentorship to team members to develop their skills and capabilities

5. Identify and resolve any operational issues or bottlenecks in the logistics process

6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of logistics activities

7. Maintain accurate records and generate reports on logistics performance

8. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within the logistics industry

2. Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution

3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to think strategically

4. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams

6. Proficient in using logistics management software and data analysis tools

7. Relevant certifications or qualifications in logistics or supply chain management would be an advantage

• Working timing: 5 Day - 0830 - 1815 (No Shift Allowance)

• Working timing: 5 Afternoon - 1345 - 2330 ($10 Allowance per day)

• Working timing: 5 Night - 2300 - 0845 ($15 Allowance per day)
