Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Logistics team and contractors in their daily logistics operations (e.g. receiving, issuing and shipping activities).
  • Ensure logistics operational activities are carried out efficiently and comply with safety standards and customs regulations.
  • Ensure quality control and proper documentation processing are carried out for incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Ensure the proper accounting of stocks for Singapore and Australia through daily and annual stock take (inclusive of customer and consignment).
  • Ensure proper account of inventory and humidity check at the for Singapore and Australia warehouse.
  • Provide training for team members and improve team productivity continuously through CORE.
  • Review and establish standard operating procedure with third-party logistics contractors.
  • Manage and tracking of incoming and outgoing shipment.
  • Perform all other ad-hoc duties assigned.


Requirements

  • Diploma in Engineering, Business, Logistics/ Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years working experience in warehouse, logistics and supply chain management experience.
  • Preferably with experience in freight forwarding regulations & processes (Import & Export).
  • Strong knowledge in MS Office and SAP.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to drive for results & achieve excellence.
  • Able to work under pressure with high adaptability and initiative.
