Our client is in the Environmental industry, they are one of the leading waste management solutions providers in Singapore. They are located in the West area - easily accessible.
- Basic Salary: Up to $6,200

- Transport Pickup Points: Clementi, Jurong East, Chinese Garden, Jurong Point, Sembawang, Woodlands, Choa Chu Kang, and Bukit Panjang
Responsibilities:
- Contractor & Compliance Management: Ensure all contractors comply with waste collection requirements (PPE, documentation, regulations) and follow up on collection progress manage adherence to authority regulations (e.g., NEA, LTA).
- Customer & Internal Coordination: Handle customer queries and requests on waste collection, coordinate with Sales and Customer Service teams, and attend plant-level meetings (EHS, operations, sales) to resolve issues and monitor operations.
- Logistics Planning & Equipment Maintenance: Plan transportation capacity (trucks, pumps, hoses), back up logistics scheduling, and oversee maintenance programs for all logistics equipment, either internally or through external contractors.
- Administrative & Financial Oversight: Manage submission for transportation containment, verify supplier invoices, consolidate monthly cost data, and maintain compliance with vehicle regulations.
- Team Management & Reporting: Manage logistics staff including hiring, performance evaluation, and training report monthly on progress, cost reduction measures, bottlenecks, and solutions to the Logistics Director maintain logistics records and reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Min 2 - 3 years of experience in similar role and industry.
