Logistics Solutions Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Logistics Solutions Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end logistics operations. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tailored logistics solutions to meet client needs and improve operational efficiency
- Manage and enhance transportation, warehousing, and distribution strategies to optimize service delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service and operational success
- Analyze logistics data and KPIs to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive performance improvements
- Lead client onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions and operational readiness
- Monitor industry trends and propose innovative logistics improvements to maintain competitive advantage
- Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and contractual requirements to maintain operational integrity
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- At least 2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in Singapore
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good understanding of inventory control and logistics processes
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
