Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to grow cold chain warehouse utilization

  • Identify, qualify, and secure new B2B customers for storage, handling, Singapore and the region.

  • Conduct regular customer meetings, site visits, and solution presentations to understand operational needs and propose suitable cold chain solutions.

  • Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, pricing models, and tender responses with clear assumptions and margin targets.

  • Negotiate commercial terms, service scope, and contract duration in line with company limits of authority and risk guidelines.

  • Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure onboarding, SOP alignment, and smooth execution for new accounts.

  • Monitor customer performance, credit status, and service KPIs, and address issues promptly with internal stakeholders.

  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments in cold chain logistics, and share regular updates with management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, cold chain, or warehousing.

  • Proven track record in acquiring new customers and achieving sales targets in a performance-driven environment.

  • Strong understanding of cold chain operations, reefer handling, and warehouse processes, including temperature and humidity control.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage decision makers at customer and partner organizations.

  • Self-driven, hands-on, and comfortable working independently in the field with frequent customer visits.
