Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Create local delivery pick-slip & shipping mark& tally with 3rd party transporter delivery schedule planning.

2. Create manual pick list for collection or delivery product to or from their warehouse.

3. System stock transfer from different warehouse or vice versa for delivery & for container stuffing.

4. Create Purchase Requisition to purchase packing material, etc.

5. Check to make sure Incoming and Outgoing product tally with the picking list.

6. Check to make sure shipping mark printed is tally with picking list.

7. Check to make sure GR/TO is tally with manual inbound delivery checklist.

8. Receive sample from supplier and inform CS arrival of sample for collection.

9. Monthly update STO KPI template & report.

10. Back-up each other when away from office.

11. Any other duties as assigned by the Logistics Manager.

Job Requirements:

. Minimum GCE N or O Levels or its equivalent

. Knowledge in SAP/WMS preferred

. Minimum 1-2 years in warehousing & logistics industry

. Good command of written and spoken English

. Good communication and interpersonal skills

. Working knowledge in Word, Excel
