Role And Responsibilities
This position will be on shifts (Day and Night) and expected to oversee the day-to-day transport arrangement, vehicle maintenance schedules which includes but not limited to the following: -
- Stock inventory control for consumables (update FIFO)
- Incoming and outgoing of raw materials control (store QA production)
- Receiving, signing and recording of consumables from external suppliers
- Verify incoming consumables with Delivery orders of suppliers
- Submission of DO documents to purchasing department
- Coordinate and liaise with purchasing for all incomings materials and consumables
- Issue of PPE to new workers
- Performs data entries into ERP inventory control system
Qualifications And Education Requirements
- At least GCE O Level
- Class 3 or Class 4 Driving License
