Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Logistics Personnel to ensure effective and efficient function of the Warehouse operations.
  • Manage and plan daily inbound & outbound shipments in the Singapore Plant.
  • Plan and ensure on time processing & delivery of customer's orders to meet on time delivery.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal parties including Planning, SQE and Production floor teams on daily shipments / production issues.
  • Monitor on time delivery metrics and reporting to management on Monthly KPI.
  • Look into potential areas for continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Ability to create new, update or change existing work process documentation and standard operating procedure for Logistics activities.
  • Responsible for daily management of store and ensure systematic storage, issuing and receiving of parts.
  • Conduct / perform cycle and physical count and rectify ,discrepancies (moderate complication) where necessary.
  • Ensure cleanliness / 6S and Safety in the warehouse area.
  • To train and coach new hirers SOP.
  • Work with supervisor to manage inventory, storage space.
  • Manpower planning and deployment of resources.
  • Assist to compile data for QBR/Management presentations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Bachelor Degree specializing in Logistic / Supply Chain Management
  • At least 3 year or more of relevant experience in Logistics and Warehousing in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse teams and customers.
  • Proficiency in administrative software, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, for data management and reporting.
  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP System is an added advantage
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and communication skills
  • Responsible, positive attitude, able to work independently and a team player
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
