Logistics & Operations Support (Changi/Tampines)
Up to $2,800/month

Location: Changi/Tampines
Salary: Up to $2,800 per month (commensurate with experience)
Schedule: Mon-Fri (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM) & Sat (8:30 AM - 12:30 PM)
Contract: 1-Year (Renewable / Direct Hiring)

• Turn Orders into Action: You'll receive orders via email and our internal system. Your job is to process them accurately and prepare clear, simple work instructions for the warehouse team so they know exactly what to pick and pack.

• Keep Things Moving: Coordinate with our delivery partners to schedule shipments and prepare all the necessary shipping documents (like delivery orders and invoices).

• Be the Quality Check: Before anything leaves the facility, you'll do a final check to ensure the order is correct, preventing delays and keeping customers happy.

• Update the System: Accurately log inventory movements and shipment updates. You're the guardian of the data that keeps the business running.

• Communicate & Coordinate: Answer queries from customers, relay information to delivery drivers, and update your team members on the status of daily tasks.

What You'll Need:

• Tech Comfort: You should be comfortable using a computer. You don't need to be an expert, but you need the confidence to learn new business software and inventory systems. (Full training is provided!)

• Organised Mindset: You can keep track of multiple orders at once without letting the details slip through the cracks.

• Clear Communicator: You can write a professional email and aren't afraid to pick up the phone to sort out a delivery query.
