We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Intern to support and manage daily delivery operations. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth coordination between drivers, clients, and internal teams, while also handling administrative responsibilities to keep operations efficient and compliant.
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule daily delivery jobs for van and bike drivers.
- Monitor real-time jobprogress and reassign tasks when necessary.
- Coordinate with clients,vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery operations.
- Maintain accurate records of drivers, vehicle servicing, and job completion.
- Assist in onboarding drivers, collecting required documents, and managing compliance records.
- Track and report operational KPIs, preparing weekly performance updates for management.
- Ensure compliance with LTA and MOM guidelines for fleet management and drivers.
- Provide administrative support related to logistics and operations.
Requirements
- Polytechnic Diploma inOperations, Logistics Management, or related field.
- Only Singaporeans and PR
- 0-2 years of experiencein logistics, operations, or fleet coordination.
- Strong organizationaland multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communicationskills to liaise with drivers, clients, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in MS Officeand familiarity with logistics software/tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
