Roles & Responsibilities
A Logistics Operations Executive plays a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of logistics and supply chain activities within a company. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that goods are delivered on time, in the correct quantity, and in good condition. The duties typically include:
1. Supply Chain Coordination
2. Transportation Management
3. Warehouse and Inventory Management
4. Procurement Support
5. Quality Control and Compliance
6. Problem Solving and Issue Resolution
7. Cost Management
8. Team Management and Training
In short, a Logistics Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring that the entire logistics operation runs smoothly, from sourcing products to delivering them to job sites and clients, all while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
1.Nationality:
. Singaporean
2. Education:
.A bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management,
Business Administration, or a related field.
3. Experience:
. 5-7 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or operations.
. Previous experience in transportation, warehouse management, and inventory control is preferred.
4. Technical Skills:
. Knowledge of logistics processes such as procurement,
transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
. Managing data for decision-making.
Remuneration:
. Salary: S$3,000.00 to S$4,800 (depending on experience).
