Salary Range: S$3,000 to S$4,000
Responsibilities
- Carry out daily operations in a cost-effective manner, in line with GDP guidelines
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs for customers
- Uphold operational compliance with regulatory, contractual, and SOP requirements
- Liaise with colleagues, suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies to ensure ongoing compliance
- Build and sustain key relationships with management, teams, partners, customers, and government authorities
- Track performance indicators including complaints, deviations, CAPAs, changes, and training needs
- Oversee critical supplier contracts, SLAs, and Quality Agreements in line with global procedures
- Investigate and resolve operational anomalies and issues as they arise
- Compile and submit KPI reports to local management for monthly and quarterly reviews
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and reporting in line with global guidelines and relevant regulations
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is advantageous
- Minimum 3 years of relevant operations experience preferred
- Familiarity with SAP, logistics software, and Microsoft Office applications, along with knowledge of import/export procedures for air and sea freight and relevant compliance standards, is a plus
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with a customer-oriented mindset and excellent interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
