LOGISTICS OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations Coordination:Oversee the end-to-end flow of goods, including planning and executing shipments.
• Transportation :Arrange and monitor transportation to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Documentation:Prepare and review essential documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and permits.
• Partner Liaison:Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs to ensure smooth operations.
• Inventory Management:Monitor inventory levels, update stock records, and manage storage plans within the workplace.
• Compliance:Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, including and customs requirements.
• Issue Resolution:Handle and resolve logistics-related issues, delays, and discrepancies promptly.
• Reporting:Generate reports on logistics performance, shipment status, and inventory movement.
