Logistics Operations Executive

Job Description

. Deployment of logistics and Store support

. Collection and recording of daily delivery orders from drivers upon completion of job

. Record and verify store keepers and drivers monthly overtime

. Monitoring of driver's daily movement and attendance, report to supervisor of drivers performance

. Responsible for issuing daily usage quantity to production and ensure issuing quantity is FIFO.

. Maintain 100% inventory accuracy and up-to-date inventory records.

. Responsible for weekly inventory cycle count and stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy

. To raise Material Requisition Form for store consumable items according to item Re-Order-Point.

. To maintain the valid certificate for statutory/non-statutory equipment and arrange necessary service maintenance/calibration for the expired equipment.

. Responsible to adopt good housekeeping and overall safety practice to achieve well-organized and safe working environment which comply to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Policy

. Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements

. Candidate must possess at least a ITE/Polytechnic diploma or Degree

. Fresh graduates are welcome

. Applicants must be willing to work in Tuas

. Full-Time position(s)

. Able to work 5.5 days per week

. Experience in logistics support

. Strong communication skills
