Responsibilities
- Execute import and export shipments for FCL, LCL, and airfreight to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Manage shipment documentation to comply with regulatory and company standards
- Communicate effectively with overseas agents and shipping lines to coordinate booking and shipment details
- Follow and enforce safety policies to maintain a safe working environment
- Monitor shipment schedules and adjust plans to meet tight deadlines
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth logistics operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in freight or logistics operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to prepare and manage shipment documents
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well organized, self-motivated, and able to contribute positively as a team player
- Experience using freight system software is an advantage
Other Information
- Work schedule: 5-day work week with Saturday monitoring from home
