Job Description:
- Coordinate and manage daily dispatch operations, including order verification and delivery scheduling.
- Plan delivery routes, allocate resources, and monitor deliveries in real time to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Liaise with customers, drivers, sales teams, and internal departments to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- At least an O-Levels or equivalent.
- Relevant 3 years experience in dispatch or logistics coordination.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and ability to work shift schedules, 6 days a week.and delivery scheduling.
