Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth logistics, warehouse, and customer service operations through accurate handling of inventory, goods movement, documentation, and customer support.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory accurately to support smooth warehouse operations and timely goods movement
- Process and generate sales invoices to assist the sales team in order fulfillment
- Coordinate logistics and setup for internal and external events to ensure seamless execution
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries to provide clear and helpful information
- Address and resolve customer complaints and feedback to maintain satisfaction and service quality
- Schedule and arrange servicing appointments to support after-sales service

- Basic computer skills to perform data entry and documentation tasks
- Attention to detail to follow procedures and ensure accuracy in logistics and customer service
