Job Summary
Coordinate and manage delivery schedules, liaise with customers and internal teams, and ensure smooth logistics operations to support production and customer order fulfillment in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate deliveries for trailers and self-collection arrangements
- Liaise with customers on delivery schedules and related matters
- Follow up with drivers and customers to promptly resolve unloading issues and minimize delays
- Collaborate with production teams and planners to prioritize and support urgent customer orders
- Arrange collection and delivery of coupler bars efficiently
- Coordinate deliveries from the galvanising yard to customers to ensure timely receipt
- Monitor availability of empty trailers and coordinate their allocation for production use
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Work experience in a manufacturing environment to understand operational workflows
- Prior experience in logistics, operations, or delivery coordination to enhance delivery efficiency
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as email and Excel
- Strong coordination and communication skills to work effectively with customers, drivers, and internal teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks responsibly and stay organized under pressure
- Team player with good interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and smooth operations

- Work schedule: 5.5 days per week (44 hours per week)
