Job Description
We are looking for a Logistics Operations Admin / Checker to support our daily logistics and warehouse operations.
This role is suitable for fresh graduates, entry-level candidates and candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in the logistics industry. Training and guidance will be provided.
You will have the opportunity to gain exposure to shipment coordination, warehouse operations, SAP/WMS systems, inventory processes and customer coordination.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily deliveries and collections.
- Liaise with customers, transporters and internal teams on shipment arrangements.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Perform receiving and outbound transactions using SAP / Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Prepare and maintain shipment records, reports and supporting documents.
- Assist with cycle-count and inventory administration.
- Check incoming and outgoing goods to ensure accuracy.
- Report shipment discrepancies, damages or non-conformances.
- Support operational and process-improvement activities.
- Assist with handling goods weighing approximately 15-20kg when required.
- Perform other logistics and operational duties assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior logistics experience are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with logistics, warehouse or operations experience will have an added advantage.
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Able to communicate effectively with customers, transporters and internal teams.
- Responsible, organised and detail-oriented.
- Willing to learn and able to work in an operations environment.
- Familiarity with SAP or WMS is an advantage but not required.
- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau will be an added advantage.
- Able to handle goods weighing approximately 15-20kg when required.
