Logistics Operation Team Lead - SL

Benefits Summary:

. Logistics Industry

. 5.5 Days work week: Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 6pm, half Saturday

. Basic up to $5000 + AWS

. EAST Area

Responsibilities:

. Primarily responsible for managing the company's overall operations, inbound logistics, outbound logistics, last-mile logistics, and general logistics strategy through implementation of systems and policies, and effective logistics vendor management.

. Conduct capacity planning initiatives to ensure the company is well prepared to manage the growth of inventory and fulfillment of orders

. Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective logistics and fulfillment networks.

. Devise performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of factors affecting operations and supply chain efficiency

. Develop and maintain detailed inventories of materials and supplies located in the company, at sites, and in the factory ensure that all necessary processes and operations setups are in place so that stock counts are accurate and any variances are fully investigated.

. Analyze current inventories and procedures recommend improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company.

Additional Information:

. A degree in business operations & supply chain management, engineering or equivalent courses is preferred

. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers.

. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems quickly

. Organized and has keen attention to detail
