Job Summary

Manage and coordinate end-to-end logistics operations, including air, ocean, customs clearance, and local transportation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of customer orders. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimise logistics processes and support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customers orders for air, ocean, customs clearance, and local delivery, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment for import, export, and cross-trade shipments
• Coordinate shipment bookings by liaising with carriers, vendors, and overseas offices to secure efficient export/import logistics
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with logistics service providers (LSP) to achieve cost savings and optimize logistics expenses
• Monitor ship schedules before arrival and oversee loading and discharge operations at ports to ensure smooth cargo handling
• Manage invoicing and payment processes by ensuring timely receipt of hire, freight, dead freight, demurrage, and dispatch fees, and follow up on outstanding payments
• Support sales order fulfillment by collaborating effectively with sales and operations teams to meet customer requirements
• Plan, analyze, and implement logistics processes while monitoring performance to identify and resolve operational issues
• Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve logistics-related issues
• Address customer feedback and issues promptly to maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction
• Collect, analyze, and report logistics data, statistics, and performance evaluations to support decision-making and continuous improvement
• Prepare and submit import/export permit declarations in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned by management to support overall logistics operations
