Key Responsibilities

• Shipment Tracking: Monitor and coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.

• Data Management: Maintain, update, and organize logistics data, inventory records, and delivery schedules using company systems.

• Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact between suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams via digital collaboration tools.

• Documentation: Prepare, review, and verify shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork accurately.

• Problem Solving: Proactively troubleshoot and escalate delivery delays or logistical discrepancies to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Minimum Diploma from a local Polytechnic or Nitec/Higher Nitec from ITE. Welcome entry-level applicants structured guidance and training will be provided.

• Tech Literacy: Highly IT-savvy and comfortable handling digital tools, spreadsheets (MS Excel / Google Sheets), and remote communication platforms.

• Remote Work Readiness: Must possess a reliable home internet connection and a conducive environment suitable for focused remote work.

• Attributes: Strong self-discipline to work independently with minimal supervision, coupled with clear communication skills.
