Logistics Officer / Environmental MNC / West (5.5 Working Days, Alt Saturday)

Our client is a MNC company in the Environmental industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Logistics Officer to join their Logistics team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily coordination of collection and delivery operations
• Address/Resolve day-to-day collection and delivery matters
• Compile/Document the necessary trip allowances
• Organize training sessions, providing cross-training/lessons to other employees
• Oversee the upkeep/maintenance of the company's vehicles
• Collaborate closely with the other company's employees when required
• Serve as a backup for other fleet supervisors when required
• Manage the submission of incident reports lead the investigation and identify the root causes, and develop the necessary corrective action plans
• Follow the various SOPs, and adhere to the company's rules/policies
• All other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE/Diploma in any field of studies
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Possesses a Class 3 Driving License
