Responsibilities

• Follow all operating procedures and processes.

• Coordinate with customers and transporters on daily issues.

• Plan orders for shipment delivery and collection.

• Prepare data and reports accurately.

• Assist with cycle counting.

• Ensure incoming and outgoing shipments are completed on time.

• Check and submit shipment documents accurately.

• Support process improvements.

• Report receiving issues or discrepancies to the Executive.

• Perform outbound transactions.

• Process receiving transactions in the WMS.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Singaporean only.

• Candidates with relevant studies but no experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

• Good communication skills with internal and external customers.
