Logistics Officer/Admin/Executive x 20 (5days job/East)

- Greenwich (Near Hougang)
- Changi Alps

Company transport provided to/from
- Aft Pasir Ris St 53 BS, Tampines East, Jurong East, Ang Mo Kio, Bedok, Punggol, Sengkang, Tampines, Tanah Merah

Working Days and hours (can choose):
1. Mon to Fri 0800 - 1745
2. Mon to Fri 2030 - 0615
3. Mon to Fri/ Tue to Sat 0830 - 1815
4. Mon to Fri 0800 - 1745 / 0830 - 1815

Responsibilities :

• Follow all operating procedures

• Coordinate with customers and transporters daily

• Plan orders and shipments

• Prepare and submit reports

• Handle cycle counts

• Ensure timely incoming and outgoing shipments

• Check shipment documents are accurate

• Support process improvements

• Report any receiving issues

• Schedule inbound and outbound shipments

• Perform other assigned tasks

Requirements:

• Attention to detail

• Problem-solving skills

• Able to work independently and in a team

• Basic knowledge of logistics/shipping (preferred)
